Free Fall Printable Acts 2:46
One of my favorite ways to decorate my home is using framed Bible verses. I have an idea notebook where I jot down verses that make me think of a season or special celebration. Months ago I scribbled this verse in the “fall/Thanksgiving” section of my notes.
As soon as I read Acts 2:46, it made me think of all the occasions we sit and eat together with family and friends. Verses 42-47 in Acts chapter 2 describe fellowship among the earliest believers. It is the model of the earliest churches “doing life” together.
42 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43 Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. 44 All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45 They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. 46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
If it’s been a while since you invited friends over for dinner, I encourage you to check your calendar, set a date, and plan an evening at home with friends soon. I know life gets busy and stressful, but sharing a meal together with friends is time well spent.
As a reminder of how important Christian fellowship is, I created this beautiful fall printable I’d love to share with you.
