S’mores In A Cup
S’mores are known for being the ultimate camping dessert, but this rustic treat can easily be dressed up into a more elegant presentation. The classic ingredients of graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows are still all here, they’re just represented in a slightly different form. Serve these S’mores in a Cup in dessert glasses, individual parfait glasses, or make a giant dessert in a trifle footed bowl.
S’mores in a Cup
You’ll need:
15 Graham Crackers, crushed
3 tbsp Butter, melted
1 3.4 oz box Instant Chocolate Pudding
2 cups Milk
7 oz Marshmallow Creme
Hershey bars (for garnish)
Make pudding according to directions on box. Transfer pudding into a piping bag. Put marshmallow creme into another piping bag.
Combine crushed grahams and melted butter and create a layer in the bottom of serving containers.
Pipe a layer of pudding into each container.
Pipe a layer of marshmallow into each container.
Repeat with another layer of each in the dishes.
Garnish each serving with a square of the chocolate bar.
Optional: For an authentic campfire flavor, use a butane torch to toast the top of the marshmallow creme just before serving. What a fun table-side presentation and final touch!
