I don’t know about you, but for me “immeasurably more” is difficult to comprehend.
Years ago when I taught kindergarten one of my students asked me, “What is infinity?” As I thought about how to explain infinity to a 5 year old, I decided to open the question up to the whole class. (This is a clever stalling technique that works well for parents, too!) A little boy raised his hand and delivered the best answer I would never have thought of. There was a series of commercials running on television at that time for Energizer batteries portraying a pink bunny powered by a battery that never stopped. The little boy said, “It’s like that pink bunny on TV. It keeps going and going!” Genius, I tell you!
That same description could be used to describe the power of God. IT keeps going and going! Ephesians 3:20 tell us that “[He] is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.”
Think about that for a minute. That power is something we have access to. God is on our side. He’s in our corner with immeasurably more power than we can even imagine. Whoa!
So, if you’re feeling low on power, run down, defeated or just plain tired why don’t you call out to Him? Rest in His power, ask for His strength to carry you, and imagine Him right there with you. You were never meant to be self-reliant. He created you to be in a relationship with you. His strength is immeasurably more strength than you will ever need.

I keep a few picture frames around our house in various sizes especially to display Bible verses, inspirational quotes, or subway art for the changing seasons and holidays. I like to keep some plain black and white frames as well as decorative frames with colors and interesting shapes that coordinate with my decor.
Fancy and unique picture frames can be expensive, but you don’t have to spend a lot of money on them. Here are a few of my favorite places to buy frames at discounted prices:

- Walmart and Target,
- Amazon (here’s a nice 8×10 black frame),
- craft stores like Hobby Lobby, JoAnn’s and Michael’s.
Don’t forget to check the clearance sections in these stores. Picture frames are quick and easy to spray paint, so don’t overlook a color or finish that doesn’t match your decor.
