Strawberry Cheesecake Mason Jars

A dessert doesn’t have to be difficult to be special. Sometimes presentation is everything, and that is exactly why you’re going to love these Strawberry Cheesecake Mason Jar Cakes. You do not need to bake a cheesecake (or any cake at all) to make these stunning and delicious desserts. I’ll show you how.

Ingredients for Strawberry Cheesecake Mason Jar Cakes

  • White Cake Mix (plus ingredients needed to prepare)
  • Strawberries
  • Cheesecake flavored pudding (plus ingredients to prepare)
  • Graham crackers
  • Whipped topping

Prepare All the Layers

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Prepare cake mix as directed on the box. Mix together oil, eggs, water, and cake mix until batter is smooth.
Pour mix into baking dish and bake according to package directions. You’ll know the cake is done when the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow cake to cool about 30 minutes, then place it into the refrigerator. A cold cake will be easier to cut into squares.

Prepare the Cheesecake pudding according to package directions using cold milk. Mix well, then set aside to allow it to thicken.
Wash and slice strawberries, then set aside.
Put graham crackers into a sealed Ziplock bag and use a rolling pin to crush them. Place into a bowl and set aside.
Cut the cooled cake into small squares and set aside.

Assemble the Strawberry Cheesecake Mason Jar Cakes

Be sure to start with clean, dry mason jars.
Add a layer of cake cubes to the bottom of each jar.
Next, add a layer of sliced strawberries.
Spoon in a layer of cheesecake pudding.
Add a layer of crushed graham cracker crumbs.
Finally, finish the top with another layer of strawberries.
If serving immediately, top with whipped cream.

To serve later, place the lid on each jar and store in the refrigerator.
When ready to serve, remove lids and top with whipped cream.

Serve and enjoy!
