  4. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving with your favorite barbecue sauce.

  • 2 tbsp seasoned salt
  • 8 oz Dale's Sauce
  • 1 tbsp onion powder optional
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder optional
  • 1 tbsp liquid smoke optional
