Jell-O Marshmallow Pinwheels

How to Make Jell-O Marshmallow Pinwheels
Whisk together gelatin and 1/2 cup water in microwave safe bowl.
Then microwave for 1 minute.
Whisk until mixed well, add marshmallows, and stir.
If marshmallows do not completely dissolve, microwave another 15 seconds.
Coat an 8 inch square glass baking dish with non-stick spray and wipe off excess.
Pour contents into prepared dish.
Refrigerate 30-45 minutes.
Run a butter knife around the edges to loosen. Roll up and place seam side down on cutting board.
To cut, use dental floss. Slide floss under roll, wrapping over top, and pulling ends.
Refrigerate slices until ready to serve.

- 1/2 cup Water to prepare each package
- 1 1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows to prepare each package
