How to Make Jell-O Marshmallow Pinwheels

  1. Whisk together gelatin and 1/2 cup water in a microwave microwave-safe bowl. Then microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Whisk contents until mixed well, add 1 1/2 cups of marshmallows, and stir.
  3. If the miniature marshmallows do not completely dissolve in the warm water, microwave the jello mixture for another 20-40 seconds.
  1. Coat an 8-inch square glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and wipe off excess. (For larger batches use a rectangular pan.)
  2. Pour contents into the prepared pan.
