Jell-O Marshmallow Pinwheels are quick enough to make for a weeknight dessert, colorful enough for a party and simple enough for an after school snack. They are sure to bring smiles and fun to all ages.

Ingredients for Jell-O Marshmallow Pinwheels

Just 3 ingredients!

  • Flavored gelatin in multiple colors and flavors
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Water

How to Make Jell-O Marshmallow Pinwheels

Whisk together gelatin and 1/2 cup water in microwave safe bowl.
Then microwave for 1 minute.
Whisk until mixed well, add marshmallows, and stir.
If marshmallows do not completely dissolve, microwave another 15 seconds.

Coat an 8 inch square glass baking dish with non-stick spray and wipe off excess.
Pour contents into prepared dish.
Refrigerate 30-45 minutes.

Run a butter knife around the edges to loosen. Roll up and place seam side down on cutting board.
To cut, use dental floss. Slide floss under roll, wrapping over top, and pulling ends.
Refrigerate slices until ready to serve
