  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • Place all of the marinade ingredients into a gallon size plastic bag. Seal it up and squish the bag around to mix the marinade.
  • Now place the chicken into the bag and seal it up again. Make sure all the breasts are covered in the creamy mayonnaise mixture.
  • Then place in the refrigerator to marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a 9×13 baking dish by spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.  
  • Cover the top of the chicken with the leftover mayo marinade mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F. The top should be golden brown.
