Instructions
Take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator and allow to soften for about 2 hours before making this dip. If it’s still cold you could have chunks of cream cheese in your dip instead of a fluffy, creamy dip.
Use an electric mixer to beat together the softened cream cheese and brown sugar. Beat until creamy. Then use a rubber spatula to move this mixture so a separate small bowl and set aside.
Add heavy cream and vanilla to the bowl of the electric mixer. Use the whisk attachment to mix for about 2 minutes or until stiff.
Pour the caramel sauce into the whipped cream mixture and mix well.
Add the cream cheese mixture back into the mixing bowl. Mix together until smooth and creamy.
Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or drizzle some extra caramel sauce on top. (Optional, but a pretty way to finish it off!)
Serve with apple slices and graham crackers.
Store in the refrigerator.
