Slow Cooker Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
This slow cooker chicken fettuccine alfredo is a no stress dinner made with tender chicken, a creamy homemade alfredo sauce, and pasta cooked right in the crockpot. It is easy, family friendly, and perfect for busy nights when you want comfort food without extra work.

- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 8 oz dry fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in an even layer in the crockpot and season with salt and pepper. You can leave them whole or cut them into chunks.
- Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, butter, and minced garlic.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- If you started with whole chicken breasts, remove them, chop or shred, then put back into the crockpot.
- Add the uncooked fettuccine pasta and shredded parmesan cheese. Stir gently to combine with the sauce.
- Cover and continue cooking on high for 30 minutes or on low for 1 hour, until the pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
