Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles (Easy Comfort Food Dinner)

This Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles is an easy comfort food dinner made with tender chunks of beef slow cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce, then tossed with egg noodles and sour cream for a creamy, satisfying meal. Perfect for busy weeknights, this family-friendly recipe is hearty, flavorful, and sure to become a regular favorite.
Pat the beef dry and season it evenly with the salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef in batches and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Transfer the browned beef to the slow cooker.
Pour the beef broth into the slow cooker. Add the butter, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce over the beef.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
About 20–30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package directions until just tender. Drain the noodles well.
Stir the sour cream into the slow cooker until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Add the cooked egg noodles and gently stir until evenly coated.
Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes to thicken slightly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
