This viral Dumpling Bake is an easy one pan dinner made with frozen dumplings baked in a creamy coconut curry sauce with garlic, ginger, and bok choy. Topped with green onions, sesame seeds, lime, and crunchy chili onion, this flavorful dish comes together in about 35 minutes and is perfect for a quick weeknight meal.
Add coconut milk, soy sauce, curry paste, honey, rice vinegar, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to a 9 x 9 baking dish. Stir until well combined.
