½cupsour cream
¼ cupmilk

1stickbuttermelted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Season the chicken breasts on both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Lay these tender chicken pieces in a single layer at the bottom of the dish.
Cover chicken with slices of Swiss cheese, overlapping them slightly to ensure full coverage.
Mix the creamy soup mixture in a medium bowl by combining cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk (or you can use chicken broth) for a smooth, creamy sauce. Stir in a tablespoon of Better Than Bouillon Chicken Flavor, then pour this mixture over the chicken and cheese layers in your greased baking dish.
The stuffing topping comes next. Sprinkle an even layer over the casserole.
Melt and drizzle butter generously over the top of the stuffing mix. Melt a stick of butter and pour it over the top. This will turn the dry stuffing mix into a golden, crispy topping.
Bake covered with aluminum foil for 45 minutes. Remove the foil, letting it bake uncovered for another 15 minutes or until the stuffing is golden brown and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Notes
Variations to the Classic Recipe
Use boneless chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts.
Reduce the cooking time by using pulled rotisserie chicken.
Mix things up with some cheddar or parmesan cheese for a different twist.
