Take the peas out of the freezer and allow to thaw while you're preparing the other ingredients.
Following the package directions, cook the pasta to al dente doneness. Rinse with cold water to cool and stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Chop the red onion, celery, and red bell pepper into small pieces.
Chop the imitation crab meat into larger bite-sized pieces.
Make the sauce. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, Italian dressing seasoning mix, lemon juice, black pepper, Old Bay Seasoning, and fresh dill. Stir together until well mixed.
Combine all ingredients and the prepared sauce in a large bowl. Gently fold together until everything is mixed well and covered in the sauce.
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Can be made the day before and refrigerated overnight.
