Use this recipe to create your own custom S’mores Frappuccino at home!

Starbucks S'mores Frappuccino

If you’re craving a sweet coffee treat while you’re out and about you may find yourself pulling into a drive-thru and ordering a S’mores Frappuccino. But what if you’re low on cash or working from home or on a special diet? When you make your own Frappuccino at home, you can control the ingredients and have this guilty (or not-so-guilty) pleasure anytime.

Before you get started, let’s take a look at the equipment you’ll need.

Kitchen Equipment Needed

Any blender will work for this recipe, but I absolutely love my Ninja blender. If you make a lot of frozen drinks, this one crushes up ice with ease.

You’ll need a hand mixer to make the Whipped Marshmallow Cream. You could use a whisk, but it will be much easier with a mixer.

S’mores Frappuccino Ingredients (like Starbucks)

Here are the traditional ingredients for a S’mores Frappuccino.

  • Toasted marshmallow syrup
  • Heavy cream
  • Ice
  • Milk
  • Vanilla syrup
  • Instant espresso
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Graham crackers

Make the Whipped Marshmallow Cream

Combine heavy cream and toasted marshmallow syrup in a bowl.
Use a hand mixer with a whisk attachment to mix together until peaks have formed. Set aside.

Add ice, whole milk, vanilla syrup, espresso, and milk chocolate syrup together in a blender. Blend until smooth.

To achieve the authentic Starbucks look, prep your cup by drizzling the sides with chocolate syrup.
Crush some of the graham crackers and add them to the bottom of the cup.
Next, add a large scoop of the marshmallow shipped cream.
Then fill the cup about halfway with the blended Frappuccino mixture.

Repeat the steps and add another layer of crushed graham crackers and whipped marshmallow cream.
Fill the cup to the top with the Frappuccino mixture.
Top with extra whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and top with more graham cracker crumbs.
Enjoy!

Make a Healthier Version

To make a healthier version, there are several substitutions you can make:

  • Instead of whole milk, use 2%, 1%, or skim milk.
  • Make a no-dairy version by using soy, almond, or oat milk.
  • Choose the sugar-free version of the syrups for a low-carb version.
  • Gluten free? No problem! Use gluten free graham crackers.

By making your S’mores Frappuccino at home, you can control what goes into it! This will not only saving you money, but it will save some calories, too.
