Simple Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
1 2/3 cups Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Nuts, chopped (Optional. I used pecans.)

Before you begin heating the other ingredients, go ahead and measure out the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts.

Mix evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in saucepan over low to medium heat.

Heat to boiling. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla.

Stir until marshmallows are melted, about 1-2 minutes.

If you don’t want to add nuts, you are done!

But if you like a little crunch in your fudge, add chopped nuts and stir until mixed.

Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan lined with aluminum foil.

Allow to cool completely. You can speed up the cooling process by placing the pan into the refrigerator.

When completely cooled, remove fudge and aluminum foil liner from the pan. Unwrap the aluminum foil from the edges and cut fudge into 1-2 inch squares.
