  • vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • red food coloring

  • 1 box Brownie Mix plus ingredients needed to prepare per box directions
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 6 cups Powdered Sugar
  • ½ cup Strawberry Preserves optional
  • 4-5 drops Red Food Coloring


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 9×13 pan and set aside.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
  • Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes or until top is set.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool 30 minutes.
  • Cream together cream cheese, sugar and eggs until well blended.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over brownie layer.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes or until cheesecake layer is set.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool 30 minutes or until cooled.
  • Beat butter and add strawberry preserves (if desired). Slowly add in powdered sugar.
  • Add 4-5 drops of red food coloring and blend well to achieve pink color.
  • Spread frosting with a spatula over the cheesecake layer to completely cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
