If you love eggnog, you have to try this simple Eggnog Fudge recipe. It's easy and delicious!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Butter
  • ¾ cup Eggnog
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 12 oz White Chocolate Chips
  • 7 oz Marshmallow Creme
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 pan with foil, then rub softened butter on the foil.
  2. Combine butter, eggnog and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Cook until temperature reaches 234 degrees.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate until completely melted and incorporated.
  5. Stir in Marshmallow creme, vanilla and nutmeg until smooth.
  6. Spread into prepared pan.
  7. Dust top with a little more nutmeg.
  8. Allow to cool before removing from pan and cutting.
