Spring Mix Goat Cheese Salad

No chopping, peeling or slicing! This dump recipe is super easy and really delicious. Spring Mix and Goat Cheese Salad is great for potluck meals or to feed any large crowd.

  • 2 bags Spring Mix greens
  • 1 container Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 container Feta Cheese, crumbled (I used Tomato Basil flavored feta.)
  • ½ bag Almond Salad Topping (or any flavor you like)
  • Raspberry Vinaigrette or Balsamic Honey Salad Dressing
  1. Dump the bag of Spring Mix greens into a pan and spread out evenly.
  2. Rinse the Grape Tomatoes under running water, shake off excess water, then spread evenly over greens.
  3. Add crumbled goat cheese for the next layer.
  4. Finally, top with Almond Salad Topping.
  5. Serve salad dressing on the side.
