Baked Honey Curry Chicken
A great week night dinner that bakes in the oven for about an hour. That gives you time to help the kiddos with their homework and cook dinner at the same time. Plus, it's SO good!

Serves: 4 servings
  • 3 lb Chicken Pieces, bone-in and skin on
  • 1 Stick of Butter, melted
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 2 Tbs Prepared Mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cover a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Place chicken pieces skin side up on prepared pan.
  4. Melt butter in large measuring cup. Then add all other ingredients with the melted butter. Stir well.
  5. Pour sauce over chicken pieces being sure to cover every piece.
  6. Bake for one hour, basting every 15 minutes.
