Recipe type: Dessert
Cuisine: Christmas Fudge
Serves: 50 pieces
  • ⅔ cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1⅔ cups Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1½ cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1½ cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Nuts, chopped (I used pecans.)
  1. Begin by measuring out the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts. Set aside.
  2. Mix evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in saucepan over low to medium heat. Heat to boiling. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
  4. Stir until marshmallows are melted, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. If desired, add chopped nuts and stir until mixed.
  6. Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan lined with aluminum foil.
  7. Allow to cool completely. You can speed up the cooling process by placing the pan into the refrigerator.
  8. Cut into 1 to 2 inch squares to serve.
