Crockpot Caramel Sauce

Serves: 3 servings
  • 2 cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ¾ tsp Vanilla (optional)
  • ¾ tsp Sea Salt (optional)
  1. Transfer condensed milk into three half pint mason jars and put on lids and rings.
  2. Place in crockpot and cover with water. Cook on low for about 8 hours.
  3. Remove from water and allow to cool for 15 minutes. Carefully remove rings and lids.
  4. To each jar add ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract and ¼ teaspoon sea salt (optional).
  5. Stir well until sauce is smooth.
  6. To store, replace lid and ring and store in refrigerator.
