Easy to make and so much fun to eat! Jell-O Marshmallow Pinwheels are great for parties or after school snacks. Have the kids help you make them!

Serves: 8 slices per roll
  • 3 oz packages of Flavored Gelatin (3-4 flavors/colors)
  • ½ cup Water (to prepare each package)
  • 1½ cup Mini Marshmallows (to prepare each package)
  1. Whisk together gelatin and ½ cup water in microwave safe bowl. Then microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Whisk until mixed well, add marshmallows, and stir. If marshmallows do not completely dissolve, microwave another 15 seconds.
  3. Coat an 8 inch square glass baking dish with non-stick spray. Wipe off excess.
  4. Pour contents into prepared dish.
  5. Refrigerate 30-45 minutes.
  6. Run a butter knife around the edges to loosen. Roll up and place seam side down on cutting board.
  7. To cut, use dental floss. Slide floss under roll, wrapping over top, and pulling ends.
  8. Refrigerate slices until ready to serve.
