Serves: 10 tacos
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Refried Beans
  • 1 can Rotel or Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 box Crunchy Taco Shells
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Sour Cream
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain off any excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning, refried beans, tomatoes, and water. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange taco shells in a 9x13 baking dish with sides. Spoon beef mixture into shells and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with additional toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream and additional shredded cheese.
