When you see those bananas starting to go bad, peel and freeze them to use in this recipe. You are only 3 ingredients and one blender away from a delicious, healthy dessert!

Serves: 4 servings
  • 1 lb Strawberries, frozen
  • 4 small Bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 2 Tbs Sugar or Sweetener
  1. Wash strawberries, remove stems and place in the freezer.
  2. Peel bananas and place in the freezer.
  3. When fruit is totally frozen, cut bananas in 1-inch chunks and place in the blender with strawberries.
  4. Blend using the pulse setting on your blender until it reaches the consistency of ice cream.
