Broccoli Chicken Divan Casserole

Broccoli Chicken Divan Casserole Ingredients
There’s nothing too fancy in the ingredients list. You probably have most of these things on hand already!
How to Make Broccoli Chicken Divan Casserole
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Microwave frozen broccoli according to package directions. Reduce cooking time by 1-2 minutes to slightly undercook it.
In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add the chicken and broccoli to the same bowl and mix until combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the casserole.
Combine the melted butter and bread crumbs in a small bowl (or use the same bowl you used earlier).
Add the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the whole casserole.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until it bubbles around the edges.
Tips & Tricks
- Use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for this recipe.
- Make this casserole ahead of time except leave off the breadcrumb mixture. Store covered in your refrigerator until ready to cook. Add the breadcrumb topping and bake.
- To save time, be sure to buy broccoli florets you can microwave in the bag.
- Try a different kind of shredded cheese or a mixture of cheeses such as mozzarella, Mexican blend, or Italian blend.
- Add a tablespoon of curry powder to the sauce for a new depth of flavor. It’s really good!

- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
