This Breakfast Charcuterie Board is a fun and delicious way to serve breakfast. It’s perfect for a weekend, breakfast in bed surprise, brunch, or Mother’s Day.

Breakfast Charcuterie Board

This charcuterie board is easy to put together and features a combination of sweet and savory items. Whether you’re looking for a unique breakfast experience, a special way to entertain guests, or celebrating a special day, this Breakfast Charcuterie Board is sure to impress.

One of the great things about charcuterie boards is that you can customize them to the size of your board or even make multiple boards to feed more people. The board I used is about 15 inches round.

Ingredients for a Breakfast Charcuterie Board

  • Blackberries
  • Green grapes
  • Strawberries
  • Bacon
  • Sausage
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Waffles
  • Mini cinnamon rolls
  • Strawberry jam
  • Syrup

How to Make a Breakfast Charcuterie Board

Begin by cooking the bacon, sausage, and waffles.
Next, cut the bacon strips in half and cut the waffles into quarters.
To reduce staining on your board you may choose to line it with parchment paper, but this is optional.
Place the blackberries, grapes, and jam into small bowls (I like these ramekins). Arrange then on the board spacing them apart as shown.
Pour syrup into a small cream pitcher (like this one) and place on the board.
Starting with the larger ingredients, add one at a time to the board. First, add the waffles and sausage.

Next, cut the hard boiled eggs in half and place them on the board along with the bacon.
Finally, fill in the remaining empty spaces with mini cinnamon rolls and fresh whole strawberries.
