3 Ingredient No Dairy Strawberry Banana Sorbet
Blenders have a way of getting noticed. No matter what my kids happen to be doing in the house, if they hear the blender start up they will soon make their way to the kitchen to check it out. When they find this No Dairy Strawberry Banana Sorbet is the source of all that noise, they are never disappointed. It is healthy, quick and easy to make, but that’s not all! This recipe is a great solution for using up fresh fruit before it goes bad.
Don’t you hate spending money on fresh fruit just to watch it go bad before you can use it? Keeping fresh fruit in the house can be challenging. Either we don’t buy enough and it’s gone super fast or we buy too much and it goes bad before we can eat it. When you notice the fruit starting to over-ripen, go ahead and freeze it. Before freezing, be sure to remove the stems and wash the strawberries and peel the bananas.
